My Swag Co provides custom screen printing services. You can design custom apparel, get pricing, and place orders through our website. Minimum order quantity is 24 pieces.
You may create an account using your email or Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
All orders require a deposit to begin production. Pricing is based on quantity, garment selection, and print specifications. Final pricing is confirmed before payment is collected.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate our content policies or contain artwork we cannot legally reproduce.
By uploading artwork, you represent that you have the right to use and reproduce it. You retain ownership of your original artwork. We are not responsible for copyright infringement resulting from artwork you provide.
You grant us a limited license to use your artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Our site may offer AI-powered design tools. Designs generated using these tools are provided as-is. You are responsible for ensuring any AI-generated design does not infringe on third-party rights.
Estimated production and delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse. If there is a defect or error on our part, we will reprint or refund the affected items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
My Swag Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
We reserve the right to refuse orders containing content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
